My Story

Hello guys, Andrei here and this is my story. Click here to see right away what I found.

My Frustrations

I was one of those frustrated woodworkers out there who have lots of improvement plans for our home but just can’t be done because of lack of wide experience and a helpful reference to get started. I don’t want to pay a contractor to do the job hoping to save thousands of bucks. I find home improvements costly. While one of our neighbors have started renovating their home (hoping someone will be willing to buy), I was there, sitting on my butt, wishing to have the perfect resource of all the information I need to do the woodworking and home improvements myself.

As a young aspiring woodworker, these are the problems I had when I created my first ever project - a rocking wood cabinet (Yes rocking. You will find out later why.):

1. I need to create the design myself.

Ambitious as I am, I always envision my project to be unique and high-quality (Of course, who doesn’t?). Because of the varying needs and purpose of the materials I want to make, I have to do my own design for my own woodworking projects and doing that can sometimes be time-consuming and very frustrating. Even if I got some reference for my plan, I just don’t get things done the way they should be. Urgh. I always thought I wasn’t good enough.

2. Doors, drawers, joints didn’t fit.

Nothing is more heart-breaking than to finish working on my precious cabinet then trying to slide the drawers in only to find out that its drawer is too large to fit the opening. And I was there standing buffled as to why this all happened after following everything there in my plan.

3. The table is wobbling. Haha!

Yes, there is also such thing as a rocking cabinet and I think I am not only the first one to discover it! And that obviously is the reason why I called it a rocking wooden cabinet. I thought I get everything done (measuring, cutting) to perfectly squared the foot of the table from the start because the last time I checked, I’ve cut all the legs to the exact same length. Hmm.

4. I am going too fast.

I want to get my work done as fast as I can and maybe this is really the prime reason why I messed up most of my projects and I’m tired of always taking my project to an emergency room. And now, all I wanted is to end all these frustrations as soon as possible and because I know I wasted a lot of woods already. (Sorry dad.)

But one day, all these problems were finally gone. I found something that really worked for me and it’s all an answered prayer. Click this link here to see directly what I’ve found.

Here are the screenshots to show you the steps I’ve gone through in building a teak wooden cabinet with 90x45x45 and also, my new discovery that really works perfectly and has satisfies all my woodworking needs.

Image 2: The cabinet frame building using 75x50mm teak wood.

Image 3: 12mm thick teak paneling done to the right side.

Image 4: A 90 deg stanley plane used for the finer work in the door frames. (Sounds Pro, huh.)

Image 5: Door frames cut and planed waiting for rebate cutting.

And now, here’s my finished wooden cabinet after the first coating of rustic touch melaleuca oil and wood conditioner were applied. :) Credits to Dad for lending me his “pro” materials.

Because of Ted’s Woodworking Plans I finally got my first ever successful woodworking craft done so perfectly. Click here to visit Ted’s website. And you don’t need to be in an advanced woodworking level to get any project right. Surprisingly, even expert woodworkers are using it. Take Melvin Jones as an example who is an active member from AWFS Woodworking Association. Listen to what he says about it.

Now, there’s no more unfit drawers, rocking tables, wasted wood, and I don’t need to create my own plans and designs myself.  All I need to do know is to follow everything in the plan and make sure to apply the measurements correctly. Everything is now fast and easy just the way I want it. :)

How Did I Find It?

My father, who’s a really good woodworker, once told me that.. “The very main reason why there are unsuccessful woodworkers out there is that 90% of them fail before they begin. To avoid this failure, you need a real good planning”.

It dawned on me the importance of having or finding the perfect set of woodworking plans to get started. I’ve wasted a lot of time searching all over in home improvement bookstores, libraries, and magazine shops and even purchased woodworking plans in the Internet only to find out that they had poor design plans or don’t just have enough information I need. Online references for woodworking plans I’ve bought have instructions that are very hard to follow, unclear pictures of designs and they are just unbelievable too complicated and confusing.

Why It is The Solution?

Lucky me (Yes, luck works sometimes.), I’ve read non-biased and real reviews from recent purchasers of the product - TedsWoodworking Plans and being able to try the product for myself was the new-found best solution. I knew right from there that it is the very thing I need. And Yes! I knew then that they’re right. TedsWoodworking instructions are very DETAILED and EASY to follow, the diagrams are CLEAR, and there are just bunch of projects to choose from. There are some ideas there that are really good that I haven’t thought of yet.

Tedswoodworking definitely satisfies all my woodworking needs from the list of materials needed for a particular project, complete measurements listing and most especially, the varying and unique designs of every plans are the things that make every woodworking project successful. Everything is already provided here. All you have to do is to put things together and make sure the materials are of good quality to ensure top-notch quality of the end-product.

I’ve been looking around for the exact same thing that you’ve found. I’ve heard so many “good” things about it yet I still refuse to believe. I was very hesitant not until I read this. Glad to find there’s still someone in the Internet writing honest reviews and experiences. Fantastic! Kudos to your first cabinet by the way.

    P.S.
Your vids are good as well. Keep it up!
